Join the Ghisallo Cycling Initiative, Rosewood Neighborhood youth and and other community members on a casual ride from Boggy Creek Park to the Fusebox Festival and thinkEAST installation and programs just north of Govalle Park this Sunday.

Date: Sunday, April 12th 2015
Start Time: 11:30am (so please be ready to roll by then)
End Time: 2:30pm (leave Fusebox at 2pm)
Distance: 2 miles, flat roads

Parking and Start Address: 2300 Rosewood Ave, Austin, TX 78702

Boggy Creek Park’s address is 1114 Nile St, Austin, TX 78702, but that will put you across the creek from our meeting spot.

We will meet up at the sand volleyball court on the north end of the park, just across the street from the Rosewood Community and Rec Center. There is plenty of parking in a small lot on the south side of Rosewood Ave as well as in the lot across the street at the the community center.

Adults and youth are both welcome, but please bring your own bike as well as a helmet. We will leave the Fusebox event at 2pm to return to the park, but you are more than welcome to stay longer and return on your own. It is a casual ride and an easy route.

Free Bike Valet and KIND bars so no need to be worried about locks or snacks. If you want to picnic at the event bring a brown bag lunch or visit one of the food trucks.
