Last week the Mendez Middle School Bike Club took place on a cool and misty day.
Biking in fall weather provided a fun new challenge for everyone. The Mendez students excitedly debated what their Bike Club’s destination should be. Eventually, the group decided to head to Dove Springs District Park and visit the playground there. After our group arrived, we spent nearly an hour swinging on swings, riding our bikes on the path and trails surrounding the play structure and park, and taking turns riding the zip line!
Even on a gloomy day, the Mendez Bike Club crew knows how to get outside and have fun.
